Glenn Yocca, founder of U.S. Film Crew (USFC) and veteran installer Rick Lerma have created a new window film company called Lerma Film Crew (LFC).

The new company will absorb USFC’s subcontracting division with that transition expected to be completed within a year. USFC will continue to exist as a separate company and will serve as a window film dealer in the Pittsburgh, PA area.

“It’s rewarding when you have like-minded people working towards a common goal. We are able to share the heavy lifting as well as the rewards that come with achievement,” Lerma explains.

LFC will have two bases, one in Pittsburgh, PA (the home of USFC), and the other in San Antonio, Texas. The company also has a van fully equipped and ready to go at a moment’s notice in the Northern Virginia region to accommodate the eastern part of the country. Yocca says availability of these bases creates a level of agility and flexibility for the crews to arrive at the project site in a timely and cost-effective manner and best suit client and customer needs.

“We’ve always prided ourselves in providing exceptional response time for our clients to accommodate their customer’s demands,” says Yocca. “This merger will enhance our capabilities and provide more options.”

“We’ve had the pleasure of working with a lot of great business owners and their teams,” says Yocca. “We have a tremendous amount of respect for all the hard work they put into their companies. It’s always been our focus to serve our clients in ways that assist in their growth. Lerma Film Crew now has more resources available than ever to do so.”

This union will provide a new standard for subcontracting window film installation. As the pair says, “It’s new, but already a classic.”
