When a Southern California window film contractor needed a trusted subcontractor for a large-scale commercial installation, our team was ready to deliver. The project involved a five-sided commercial building in San Bernardino that required precision, efficiency, and top-tier results.
The Challenge
The core challenge was simple: the client needed expert installation support for a complex, large scale solar film project. Their expansive glass façade was creating major issues with solar heat gain, glare, and UV exposure for tenants. Replacing the glass would have been costly, slow, and risky since it involved long manufacturer lead times, transportation, and a high chance of breakage. A high performance solar reflective film became the smartest and most efficient alternative. The Solution
The primary benefit we delivered was clear: our team showed up on time, fully prepared, and self-sufficient throughout the entire installation. We installed RXA20 ER-HPR solar reflective film across 10,000 square feet of glass, covering more than 410 panes in total. The film provides:
- Total Solar Energy Rejection up to 80 percent for cooler, more comfortable interiors
- Significant glare reduction for better visibility
- Over 99 percent UV protection through its adhesive layer
Every pane was edge sealed with silicone to protect the film and ensure a long-lasting bond from glass to frame.

Once the film is applied, the façade takes on a sleek, uniform, and reflective finish that gives the building a modern, high-end appearance while significantly cutting down on heat and glare inside.
