More than 30 years ago, Glenn Yocca began his first automotive window tint company in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Once he’d mastered his craft, he decided to blaze new trails in commercial and residential window film work. It was Glenn’s drive for innovation that grew a small family business into a nationally recognized provider in the window film industry completing window film installation on countless high-profile buildings such as the U.S. Capitol, Exon HQ, and CIA HQ. He is leading the team at U.S. Film Crew into the future.

A proud Pittsburgh native and lifelong sports fan, Glenn bleeds black and gold for his favorite teams. He loves to golf, travel, and spend time with his family. He and his wife, Lisa, have four kids and three grandchildren who they adore.

Karen has been with U.S. Film Crew for more than half of its history. She handles many administrative responsibilities focused on the accounting and payroll aspects of our company. Her diligence, efficiency, and invaluable expertise have been an asset to our whole team.

Originally from Wintersville, Ohio, Karen graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in business administration. Today, she lives in Pittsburgh with her husband, Larry, and their three beautiful daughters. In her free time, she loves to read, walk, and bike.

Weatherly embarked on her journey with U.S. Film Crew in 2017, starting in customer service. Her exceptional skills and dedication quickly propelled her into sales, where she took charge of U.S. Film Crew’s automotive sales division. Within a year, Weatherly had more than doubled sales, showcasing her remarkable talent and drive. Her success in the automotive sector led her to take on the residential sales division, where she continued to excel. Today, Weatherly serves as a full-time account manager for the commercial division, playing a pivotal role in driving growth and success.

Weatherly’s natural ability to build and nurture customer relationships, coupled with her commitment to outstanding service, has made her an indispensable member of the team. Her passion for meeting new people and her unwavering work ethic ensure that clients receive the best possible experience. When not fostering connections and delivering exceptional service at work, Weatherly enjoys staying active, savoring a good cup of coffee, and talking with friends over a glass of wine. She resides in Pittsburgh with her husband, Brandon, their two daughters, Leila and Vienna, and their French bulldog, Bash.

As general manager at U.S. Film Crew, Madison brings a critical blend of expertise in operations management and business development to her role. Her work is informed by a solid academic foundation, which she achieved through a double major in international business and marketing from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, along with a minor in Spanish.

Before her tenure at U.S. Film Crew, Madison honed her skills in marketing at two distinct Fortune 500 companies, where she garnered invaluable experience in strategic planning and brand management. Apart from her professional pursuits, Madison finds joy in family life, catching precious moments with her husband and son. She loves reading, rock climbing, cooking, exploring the outdoors, and spending quality time with those she loves.

Ton has been a crucial member of the crew’s sales team for well over a decade. As a certified Advanced Solar Control, Safety, and Security Window Film Specialist, LEED Green Associate, and graduate of the FBI’s BMAP (Bomb-Making Materials Awareness Program), he’s our local expert in both security and sustainability.

Originally a native of the Netherlands, Ton and his wife, Sonja, have called Pittsburgh home for more than two decades. Together, they have two children and two beloved granddaughters. In his spare time, Ton loves to stay active in the outdoors skiing, windsurfing, and waterskiing.

Before joining U.S. Film Crew about a decade ago, Keith began his career in construction until eventually finding his way into window tinting. After five years of running a window tint company on his own, he joined our team as an experienced installer and has been providing expert service with us ever since.

Though originally from Beloit, Wisconsin, Keith is now a proud resident of Pittsburgh alongside his wife, Emily, and four children. When he’s not conducting precise window film installations on commercial and residential buildings, he can be found gardening, camping, volunteering, and playing wiffle ball outside with his kids.

Since he first joined U.S. Film Crew back in 2015, Ryan has installed tens of thousands of square feet of window film with picture-perfect precision. He’s completed more than five hundred installation jobs on both residential and commercial locations, always adding to his ever-growing wealth of experience and expertise.

Ryan grew up in the nearby town of Plum, Pennsylvania, where he explored his passion for skateboarding in the suburbs of Pittsburgh. Today, he remains a fan of all things outdoors, including snowboarding, golfing, and riding dirtbikes. He and his girlfriend, Josie, have a son named Elliott.

Jeremy has been with U.S. Film Crew for over three years now and has proven to have an amazing talent for the job. Time and time again, his precise work shows his commitment to delivering the top-notch installation services our team is built on. He loves traveling from site to site on the job, and his knack for on-the-spot problem-solving makes him a valuable member of the crew.

In his free time, Jeremy loves to spend time in the great outdoors, whether he’s camping, fishing, or simply exploring new places. His family is hugely important to him, and he’s a proud uncle to eight nieces and nephews, whom he loves to take along on his adventures.

Chandler Yocca joined U.S. Film Crew as an account manager in April of 2024, specializing in residential projects. A graduate of Ohio University with a degree in business cybersecurity and sales (class of 2023), Chandler combines a strong technical background with a keen sense of customer service. Chandler’s commitment to excellence and continuous learning drives his success. He is dedicated to expanding his knowledge and honing his skills, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards.

Outside of work, Chandler enjoys an active lifestyle. His hobbies include running, swimming, working out, pickleball, softball, and golf. This blend of professional dedication and personal passion makes Chandler a dynamic and valued member of the U.S. Film Crew team.

Matt has been with U.S. Film Crew for over two years now. Bringing a hard work ethic, and problem-solving skills which is crucial in the field for install. He makes sure every customer gets the satisfaction knowing they are receiving a high-quality product, and install we are best known for. Every day is different in the install world of window film. He is grateful to be given the opportunities of seeing different parts of the country discovering what the next challenge is waiting for him.

During his free time, Matt loves spending time with friends and family. He also enjoys staying active, going to, or catching up on really any sports event, and going to different restaurants for a bite to eat or drink with his loved ones.

Hanna recently joined U.S. Film Crew as an Account Manager and is excited to be part of a driven and collaborative team. In her role, she is rapidly growing her account base and taking on new opportunities, bringing a thoughtful and relationship-focused approach to every client interaction.

Known for her kindness and dedication, Hanna is committed to understanding client needs and fostering strong, lasting partnerships. Her commitment to service and attention to detail help ensure a positive experience from start to finish, and she is motivated to continue growing alongside the U.S. Film Crew team.

Outside of work, Hanna is a wife who enjoys serving on her church’s worship team and helping wherever she can. You may find her drinking coffee, working on a puzzle, or spending time with friends and family playing card games.

As a Marketing and Sales Specialist, Liz plays a key role in shaping the company’s digital presence and customer engagement. In her day-to-day work, she manages social media platforms, produces newsletter and blog content, and supports background sales initiatives. Her focus is on educating audiences and keeping them informed on all things window film, helping clients stay up to date and confident in their decisions.

Liz joined U.S. Film Crew within the past year after earning her degree in marketing, complemented by minors in business management and international business.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys horseback riding, exploring national parks, spending time outdoors, and picking up a camera whenever inspiration strikes.

Growing up, Carson watched Glenn build and lead U.S. Film Crew from the ground up. Seeing that dedication firsthand made a lasting impression and ultimately led him to become part of the team himself. Today, as an installer, he takes pride in carrying that same work ethic onto every job site.

Focused on constant improvement, Caron approaches each project with the goal of getting better every single day. He is known for learning quickly, picking up new skills efficiently, and staying committed to doing the job right. His attention to growth and consistency makes him a dependable member of the crew.

What he appreciates most about U.S. Film Crew is the balance the team brings, keeping the work environment fun while staying focused on delivering quality results. He also enjoys traveling to different locations and experiencing new places through the job.

Outside of work, Carson is actively involved in the ministry team at his church and creates content with friends to help spread the Gospel. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends, being outdoors, and hitting the golf course whenever he can.
